£30 for 45 minutes with your prescriber. It’s taken when you book and comes off your treatment if you go ahead within 30 days. There’s no obligation to book anything.

Imogen Hale, a registered nurse and independent prescriber with 11 years in NHS plastics. Prescription-only treatments are only ever prescribed after a face-to-face consultation, never over the phone or online.

For skin treatments, usually yes. For first-time injectables we leave at least 48 hours between consultation and treatment, so you have time to think it over.

Yes. By law we don’t give anti-wrinkle injections or fillers to anyone under 18. If you look under 25, please bring photo ID.

Not if we’ve done it right. We work in small amounts and review at two weeks. Anti-wrinkle results show in 3–14 days. Mild redness or a small bruise is possible for a day or two.

Anti-wrinkle injections: 3–4 months. Lip filler: 6–9 months. Cheek and jaw filler: 12–18 months. Profhilo®: about 6 months after a course. Peels and microneedling build up over a course.

UK-licensed medicines from registered UK pharmacies, and CE/UKCA-marked hyaluronic acid fillers that can be dissolved if ever needed. Batch numbers go in your notes.

Every injectable includes a 2-week review, and you get a direct WhatsApp line to the clinic for aftercare questions. If something needs adjusting, we’ll adjust it.

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please give 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel; later than that and the consultation fee isn’t refundable.
